Shipping policy

ishling magic  -  Shipping and Delivery Policy Last updated: 13 September 2026

1. How your Story is delivered
1.1 Every ishling magic Story is delivered digitally, by email, as a PDF document. We do not ship physical goods.
1.2 There is no shipping charge, and no delivery address is required.

2. When it arrives
2.1 Your Story is normally delivered within 5 working days of the point at which we have everything we need from you  -  not from the moment of payment.
2.2 We will send you the full list of questions after you order. If you reply quickly, the clock starts quickly.
2.3 If you need your Story sooner, email us at ishlingmagic@gmail.com after ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet your date.

3. Where we deliver
3.1 We deliver to any email address, anywhere in the world.
3.2 You may have the Story sent to your own email address, or directly to the recipient if it is a surprise.

4. If your Story has not arrived
4.1 Please check your spam or promotions folder first  -  PDF attachments occasionally land there.
4.2 If it still has not arrived, email ishlingmagic@gmail.com and we will resend it immediately.
4.3 Digital delivery is not affected by weather, couriers or postal delays, but if something stops us from delivering on time we will tell you and agree a new date with you.

5. Printed editions
5.1 Printed editions are not currently offered. If we begin to offer them, this policy will be updated with shipping charges, timelines and destinations before any printed order can be placed.
